Once you’ve picked the unit you want, you’ll visit our office to sign your rental agreement, which includes your monthly rate, hours of access, due dates, and policies. Bring a valid government ID or passport for identification. You’ll need to show proof of insurance as well, though we do offer an affordable protection plan for $15 a month. There will be a one-time $29 admin fee when you get started. You can bring a lock of your own from home, though we do sell sturdy, industry-approved locks in our office. You’re all set to move in as soon as you’ve signed your rental agreement!
